It is recommended to become a Peach member before placing an order and checking out. In addition to earning points and receiving cash discounts, accumulating enough points to become a VIP member also entitles you to enjoy order discounts and occasional small gifts.
We will ship your order within 3-7 working days based on order queue and production status (excluding national holidays). If you choose in-store pickup, please allow an additional 1-2 days. If you have urgent or specific timing requirements, please DM our IG or Fb page directly to confirm with you so that we can meet your expectations :)
Yes, you can. Just enter the address and name of the convenience store where you wish to pick up your order in the delivery address field, and indicate "store pickup" in the notes.
For home delivery, the tracking number and progress of the shipment will be sent to you through email.
For pickup at a convenience store, a notification will be sent to your mobile phone based on the name you provided for verification upon pickup. Please make sure to provide your real name and correct phone number to avoid any loss of goods.
